Our goal is to sell you home as quickly as possible, but still helping you to maximize your profits. Here are our strategies:
- Multiple Listing Service: Immediately after you list with us, your home is placed in the MLS, which most agents in the state have access to.
- Internet Marketing: Interested buyers can view homes for sale on the Internet 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our site has a high ranking on all the major search engines, which means that more people will see your home. Each month over10,000 people use the key word phrase "Utah Real Estate." Our website is always within the top ten sites for this keyword phrase on the major search engines which bring thousands of potential buyers to your home, without you having to clean it! We also rank high for many other keyword searches! Go to www.google.com (which is currently the most used search engine) and type in "Utah Real Estate" and see where we are located. - 24 Hour Recorded Message: We will advertise a pre-recorded message about your home that people can access 24 hours a day. Within 20 seconds of someone dialing the number and listing tp the information we receive the persons name, telephone number, and address as a text message on our cell phone. That means we can follow up immediately with these people so that we can get your home sold quicker.
- 360 Degree Virtual Tour: We offer a 360 Degree Virtual Tour with all of our listings. These tours are available on our web sites and we burn the tour into CDs and hand them out to other real estate agents in the area and send them in our Buyer's Kit.
- ADS: Ads for your home will be placed in the local newspaper, Home Illustrated Magazine, and Real Estate Book.
- Flyers: Flyers will be placed in a box outside of your home. Flyers will be hand delivered to your neighbors (unless you don't want this service), flyers will be taken to other local brokerages (including a CD of the virtual tour of your home) or emailed to them.
- Follow Up: We will follow up with any agents that shows your home
- Open House: If you choose, we will hold weekend open houses for you. We will advertise the open house on our web sites, in the local newspapers and we will have signs for the open house.
- Review and Brainstorm: Each week your house is on the market we will review with you what we have done and brainstorm possible new strategies to get your home sold!
In addition to marketing your home, we will negotiate with possible buyers to get the best possible deal for you!
